Hello. I received the item which was different from my order. On the introduction page of the item, the speaker is black but I received gray one. I will return the item so pleas refund for it. Please tell me the return address. If you do not accept this, I will express opposition to Amazon directly. I bought Tivoli Audio SongBook black speaker at the another shop. Thank you.

I have received the goods different from what I ordered. The color of the speakers I ordered from the page of your store on line was black but this is gray. Will you give me your address because I would like to return this to you and have a refund for this? If you are not going to accept this I will directly take a dispute against you to Amazon.com. I have already purchased black Tivoli Audio SongBook speakers from a different store. Thanks.
