体調はいかがでしょうか？商品の落札、払込より14日間が過ぎましたが、どうか発送を希望いたします。ご存知のようにebayの商品保証は落札から45日間とルールが決められているので、それまでに無事私の手元に届いていないとなりません。いろいろと事情はあるかと思いますが、どうか早急に発送のほうをよろしくお願いします。

How have you been lately? 14 days have passed since I bid successfully at the auction and paid for it. As you are aware, ebay has only 45 days' guarantee after an item has been purchased, so it really needs to arrive at my home safely within that period. I understand you have some valid reasons for the initial delay, but ask you now to ship the item as soon as possible.

How are you? Regarding my accepted bid, it has been 14 days since the payment was made. I hope to get it shipped. As you know, ebay states product guarantee is 45 days from the acceptance of bid so it needs to be delivered to me by then with no issues. I understand there are reasons on your side but please ship them at your earliest convenience.
