I believe that you have not declared the correct amount of VAT due for the periods shown
below. This is because you have provided us with VAT and Custom Transaction reports
which show that you have under declared your sales, and therefore you have under
declared the output VAT due to HMRC.
After reviewing all the evidence provided I can also see that some output under declaration
was due to you not accounting for VAT on sales made to customers within the EU. We can
assess for distance sales made from the UK to other EC states as long as you have not
breached the appropriate distance selling threshold and you are not liable to be registered in
the country in question.
