日本なら3日程で完了するからです
auditが伸びている理由についてもHMRCの返信はそっけなく誠意がないと感じました
もしauditが完了しても、HMRCはUKのサスペンドを解除するよう働きかけるでしょうか？
今の様子だと無視されるのではないかと思います
