弊社はreseller’s permitを持っていません。
reseller’s permitを取得するためにはアメリカのTax IDが必要だと知りました。
弊社は日本の会社で、日本で税務申告をしています。
ですのでTax IDは持っておらず、reseller’s permitを取得できません。
やはり御社と取引することはできませんでしょうか？

Our company does not possess a reseller's permit.
I understand that in order to obtain a reseller's permit, we will require a Tax ID from America.
As our company is a Japanese corporation, we submit our tax reports in Japan.
Because of this, we would not be able to have a Tax ID, so we cannot obtain a reseller's permit.
As might be expected, is it the case that our company cannot do transactions with your company?

We don't have reseller's permit.
We noticed that Tax ID of USA is necessary for getting reseller's permit.
We are Japanese company and apply for the tax in Japan.
So, we don't have Tax ID and can't obtain reseller's permit.
Does that means that we can not deal with your company?
