弊社はreseller’s permitを持っていません。
reseller’s permitを取得するためにはアメリカのTax IDが必要だと知りました。
弊社は日本の会社で、日本で税務申告をしています。
ですのでTax IDは持っておらず、reseller’s permitを取得できません。
やはり御社と取引することはできませんでしょうか？

Our company does not possess a reseller's permit.
I understand that in order to obtain a reseller's permit, we will require a Tax ID from America.
As our company is a Japanese corporation, we submit our tax reports in Japan.
Because of this, we would not be able to have a Tax ID, so we cannot obtain a reseller's permit.
As might be expected, is it the case that our company cannot do transactions with your company?
