返信が大幅に遅れ申し訳ありません。私はお客様にいち早く商品をお届けする為輸送代行業者を利用していましたが、今回業者の手違いで日本へ荷物が返送されている可能性があることが分かりました。返送商品の回収には時間を要するため、同一品の再送か全額返金どちらかで対応させて頂けますか。またAについて私から概要を説明しましたが、Aの詳細はBから説明して頂けますか?また輸送時、車両走行中歩行者が急に飛び出してきたため急停止しました。後続車が追突する恐れがあった為です。Cの破損はそれに起因します

It was because they feared rear-end collision from the vehicles behind. The damage on C was caused by that.
