どうしたらそんなに早く上手くなれるんでしょう。
私は英語を何年も勉強していますが、全然できるようになりません。
いつも長文のメールは翻訳会社さんに訳してもらってます。
読むのだけは自力で何とかなるんですが。
WEBサイトの90%は英語サイトだと何かで読みましたので、自由自在に英語が使えるようになりたいですが、日本語オンリーの環境で暮らしてますので、英語を見たり聞いたり書いたりする機会がなくモチベが上がりません。

I wonder how you can improve it so fast?
I have been studying English for many years, but cannot improve it at all.
I am always asking a translation company to translate an email with long sentences.
I manage to read English. I managed to read it since 90 percent of the website is written in English. I want to have a good command of English. However, as I live in the environment where only Japanese is used, I do not have a chance to see, listen and write English, which does not increase my motivation.

About 90 percent of website is in English I have read somewhere in articles, I hope I can manage English for reading, listening and writing without any problem, as I am living in the world of Japanese, it is not so much opportunity to manage in English therefore my motivation does not so grow.
