他社の製品ではこのような問題は発生していないのでしょうか?

急な設計変更がなければ、契約納期に間に合っていることを理解して下さい。
つまり、本件は納期遅延ではありません。もちろん最善は尽くしますが、その点ははっきり申し上げます。

Usually, the product should be installed without any issue by enlarging the diameter of the hole by the customer.

Is there any similar problem seen in the product by other companies.

I have never heard that the customer is having such troubled with the matter.
Normally the size of hole at the fringe at the customer side must be greater for placing the product be fixed without any problem.
Don't you have similar issue for item by other manufacture ?

Please note that the contracted delivery is met unless there is sudden change for designing .
Namely this issue is not because of delay in delivery . Of course I will do the best I can do but the reason has to be clearer for this matter occurred .
