Good arrived from you (dolls) to my shipping company warehouse in America.
When i tried to check the goods i found out there were damages.
i am attaching pictures so please check them.
They are not "Excellent. no visible flaws" like in their description.
please let me return the item or refund me ＄20.

An item (doll) from you has arrived at the warehouse of the forwarding service I use.
I have the item checked and some damage was found.
Please see the attached pictures.
It was not "Excellent. No visible flaws" as described.
Please either accept a return and give me a refund or give me a refund of $20.

As we checked it we found it is damaged.
