If an approval from country AA was not obtained by the time the approval deadline for the present device expires, the Company shall be responsible to replace to the AA approved device under the following conditions. The Company shall hold a discussion with the owner regarding this matter 4 years after the transfer of the device. In the event the approval deadline extension could possibly be accepted, it will also be discussed. In the event of replacing this device to a AA approved device, 1. As a general rule, the replacement construction must be complete no later than 5 years after the transfer. 2. The method and the manufacturer shall be designated/ determined by the Company. 3. The current equipment will be replaced for following, in case of not approved by the AA until expiry of limit of approved, under the condition of our responsibility. Our firm will begin talks with share holder regarding the matter after 4 years of the handed over of equipment.
