新しいコードを使用してもアクティベーションはできなかったそうです。
お客様から次のような意見がありました。
新しくいただいたコードはシリアルナンバー045042用のものかと思われます。
USBコネクタをパソコンに接続したときに出てくる画面では043969用のコードが求められているので、043969用のコードが必要なのではないでしょうか。
大変お手数ですが、ご確認をお願いします。

A code being given newly seems to be a series number for 045042.
In the image shown when connected to a PC with USB connecter, it wants 043969 code, it might need a code for 043969?

Contact from customer.
They couldn't activate even using any cord that whether it is new or old.
Here I got a opinion from them.
New cord which they got from, was to serial number 045042 perhaps.
I think USB connector asks cord number 043969 when connecting in internet, so should it be 043969's cord needed?
