Hi, I have been thinking I should contact you soon becuase I haven't received the item for such a long time. I don't understand why it didn't arrive. I would rather if you send me a new one again, than refund me. Thank you. If possible, I want you to use one class higher shipping method with a tracking number. If I need to pay for the extra shipping, I can pay for it when you let me know your paypal address.

The item still hasn't arrived even though I have waited for a long time. I thought I should contact you for more information as to why the item still hasn't been delivered yet.
