Regarding to Kryptonite KryptoLok, I received the different item.
The first and second picture of attached images are that of the item was actually delivered. The third and fourth picture are that of the item we ordered. Since the package and the number of bar code are different, I could know it is different item.
We would like to send the item delivered to Japan back to Germany. Can you pay the shipping cost to there?

I received a different item about Kryptonite KryptoLok. 1st and 2nd ones in attached image are the pictures of the item I received and 3rd and 4th ones are the picture of the item we ordered. As package and bar code number are different, I see that it is a different one. We would like to return the item we received in Japan to Germany. A wrong item has delivered for Kryptonite KryptoLok. Attached pictures 1&2 are the item which actually arrived and 3&4 are the item we ordered. We can tell that they are different items since packages and bar code numbers are different. We would like to return the item which has delivered to Japan back to Germany but may we ask you to cover the delivery fee to Germany?
