Kryptonite KryptoLokについて違うアイテムが届いた。添付画像の1,2枚目が実際届いたアイテムの写真で、3,4枚目は私達が注文したアイテムの写真です。パッケージも違うし、バーコードの数字も違うので、違うアイテムだと分かります。私達は日本の届いたアイテムをドイツに返送したいが、あなたたちはドイツまでの送料を負担することは可能ですか？

A wrong item has delivered for Kryptonite KryptoLok. Attached pictures 1&2 are the item which actually arrived and 3&4 are the item we ordered. We can tell that they are different items since packages and bar code numbers are different. We would like to return the item which has delivered to Japan back to Germany but may we ask you to cover the delivery fee to Germany?
