エレメントの洗浄は全ての高圧水洗浄作業を作業者が行っていました。
しかし、作業者が行うと次のような問題点がありました。
・作業者による品質のバラつき。
・ゴミが落ちにくい。
・作業時間がかかる。
これらの問題を解決するために、自動機の開発を行いました。
一番最初に手動の洗浄機を製作しました。
この試作機で、様々な洗浄の試験を行い、現在の洗浄条件を決定しました。
このように、エレメント1枚を手動でセットして、洗浄を行います。
試作機はノズルが2つだけになります。

All the cleaning of Element had been done with High-pressure water cleaning by the operator.
However there were problems as following happened.
・Difference in quality depends on the operators.
・Hard to remove the waste
・Time consuming
We developed automatic machine in order to solve these problems.
First, we made a washing machine operated by manual.
After we tested various ways of cleaning with prototype, we decided to use the current method.
Set one piece of Element into the machine manually and start cleaning as directed.
There are only two nozzles set in the prototype.
