8.4 No termination of this Agreement shall constitute a termination or a waiver of any rights of either Party against the other Party accruing at or prior to the time of such termination. The obligations of Section 6 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

9. ASSIGNABILITY

This Agreement and the rights granted hereunder shall not be assigned by CUSTOMER without the prior written consent of PRODUCER.

10. GOVERNMENTAL COMPLIANCE

CUSTOMER shall at all times during the term of this Agreement and for so long as it shall sell Subject Product comply and cause its Affiliates to comply with all laws that may control the import, export, manufacture, use, sale, marketing, distribution

8.4 この合意の満了は、そのような満了に先行して、もしくはそれに伴って生じるある関係者の他関係者に対するいかなる権利の満了または権利放棄とはならない。

9.譲渡
この合意及びそこにおいて与えられた権利は、PRODUCERの書面による同意をなしにCUSTOMERにより譲渡されない。

10. 政府のコンプライアンス
CUSTOMERは、この合意の期間中および当該製品を販売する限り、輸入、輸出、製造、使用、販売、マーケティング及び配布に関しうるすべての法律を遵守し、関係各所にもその遵守を徹底すること。

8.4　本契約の継続は終了時もしくはその前に生じる他者に対する当事者のあらゆる権利の終了もしくは放棄に基づくものである。第6項の義務は本契約の終了に従う。

9.　譲渡

本契約及びここに付与された権利は製作者の事前の合意書類なしでは消費者によって譲渡されない。

10.　政府のコンプライアンス

消費者は本契約期間中いかなるときも、対象商品の販売において関連会社が輸出入、製造、使用、販売、マーケティング、流通を管理する法律を順守するように努めなければならない。
