先週金曜日に、再度同じものをＥＭＳスピード郵便でお送りしましたが、東京の税関でガスボンベが入っているため、航空便で発送できなくなり、返送されてしまいました。
最初に送った物は、船便に切り替えられたため、発送途中ですが、到着は来月とのことです。大変申し訳ありません。
そこでご相談なのですが、最初に送ったものはそのまま届くと思いますが、到着が遅れますので、全額返金でお許しいただけないでしょうか。
