お忙しい中度々お手を煩わせてしまい申し訳ありません。今回我々はA値を21年度の計算に用いようとしています。21年度は多数の計画が始まるため、それぞれに費用按分されるとA値は8％より低くなると考えられます。21年度の計画を考慮したA値を算出頂くことは可能でしょうか。あるいは20年度のA値を頂けないでしょうか。またCの返金がいつまでも出来ない理由が分かりました。原因はDでもEでもなく、Eに登録されているカードがエラーとなった為でした。3/1にエラーが解消され以降は返金可能です。

Could you calculate out A value considering 21st year project? Or, could you give us the 20 year's A value? In addition the reason why C's refund cannot be made.
