お忙しい中度々お手を煩わせてしまい申し訳ありません。今回我々はA値を21年度の計算に用いようとしています。21年度は多数の計画が始まるため、それぞれに費用按分されるとA値は8％より低くなると考えられます。21年度の計画を考慮したA値を算出頂くことは可能でしょうか。あるいは20年度のA値を頂けないでしょうか。またCの返金がいつまでも出来ない理由が分かりました。原因はDでもEでもなく、Eに登録されているカードがエラーとなった為でした。3/1にエラーが解消され以降は返金可能です。

I also found out the reason why the rerun of [C] could not be completed for all time. The cause is not [D] and [E] but an error on the card registered on [E]. The error is solved on 1st, March and after that the refund is possible.
