国外に発送可能な”eBay Global Shipping Program”を利用可能とのことでしたので
落札させていただきました。
当方は日本に住んでおります。
”eBay Global Shipping Program”のUS出荷センターに売却済みの商品を配送し、
その後、購入者の住所にお届けしていただけるはずです。
オレゴンとケンタッキーについては当方はわかりません。

I won the bid as it said that the item can be shipped outside of the country using "ebay Global Shipping Program".
I live in Japan.
First, the item will be shipped to the US delivery center for "ebay Global Shipping Program" and then, it should be delivered to the purchaser's address.
I don't know about Oregon and Kentucky.
I look forward to receiving it.
