確認したところスタッフのミスで、追跡番号無で発送してしまったことが分かりました。ご存じかもしれませんが生憎日本から貴国への郵便事情は大変悪く、追跡番号を付けても仕組上追跡が出来ません。最近も悪化の傾向にあります。これまで貴国や近隣国へ何度か発送しましたが、最も早く確実なEMSでも到着に数か月要したり、返送されて来ることもありました。貴国へ到着後の配送はこちらでどうすることも出来ません。今回お待たせしてしまっていることから、同じ商品を再度送るか、返金かどちらかで対応したいです。

As you may know, the postal situations from Japan to your country is extremely bad and you can not track a parcel even if it is shipped with a tracking number.
Recently. it has been worse and worse.
I have shipped items to your country or neighboring countries a couple of times before.
However, even with the fastest and most reliable method, EMS, it sometimes took a few months and there were cases where items were returned.
There is nothing I can do about the delivery after the parcel arrives in your country.
As you have already been waiting for a long time, I would like to either ship the same item again or give you a refund.

As you probably know, unfortunately, dealing with your postal service in your country isn't really ideal even with a tracking number, packages can't be tracked. It has been getting worse lately. I've shipped to your country as well as others several times in the past, even with EMS, which is trustworthy may take up several months to receive or return packages. There is nothing I can do with the packages after arriving in your country. As I made you wait this time, I'd like to handle by either sending the same product or refund to you.
