こちらの勝手な都合で申し訳ないですがOrder#: 556とOrder#: 548を返品したいです。今までは輸入することが出来ていたのですが、突然輸入できなくなってしまいました。
一方的な理由で本当に申し訳なく思っております。もちろん商品は全て開封していません。出来れば全額返金していただきたいですが、量が多いので1割か2割程度はこちらの負担でも構いませんのでよろしくお願いします。

I'm afraid to ask but I want to return order # 556 and order #548. I had been able to import them but suddenly I can no longer import them.
I'm really sorry for this one sided reason. Of course all items are unopened. If possible I'd like to request full refund, but because of the volume I can bear 10 or 20% at my side, I appreciate your kind arrangement.
