早めに商品を納品しなければ、キャンセルされてしまうので、彼らの希望日で出荷できるように交渉して頂けませんか。
輸送費がかさむので、靴とサンダルを一緒に出荷したいです。残りの商品は、いつ出荷になりますでしょうか。
商品代金を支払いができないので、商品の出荷を遅らせて、出荷を早めたいお客さんの商品代金を早めに請求するように変更して頂けませんか。出荷する数量は変わらず、内容だけが変わるだけなのでメーカーに交渉して頂けませんか。

Could you please change payment schedule to as follows.
As we have to sell products as soon as possible otherwise it will be canceled, could you please negotiate to ship on their desired date?
As the cost of shipping rises, we would like to ship shoes and sandals together. When it will be shipped the rest of the items?
As we cannot pay for the products, could you change for the customers who want have it earlier to pay for the product earlier by shipping product late? Could you please negotiate the manufacture as the amount of shipping does not change but the contents only?
