There is no problem at contacting in Chinese. A person in charge in agency in China, which is our forwarder, will contact the factory.
If you let me know information such as address, contact place and person in charge of the factory, we will contact.
If you tell the person in charge of the factory that the forwarder is going to contact, it will go smoothly.
