現在はIDや，TITLEの変更はAPIを使ってできないと認識しています
この場合は，hand-editするしかないのでしょうか？
hand-edit以外に手段はありますか？
AファイルはAPIを使って設定されることに限定しているわけではなく
通常はAPIを使って設定するが，APIでできないことはhand-editで対応するという認識で
正しいですか？
