オリジナルのライトですが、残り9個になりました。
しかしながら、売れたものでお客さんからのクレームが多いです。
今まで、2個返品、交換がありました。
雨で濡れて壊れたというクレームが2件、片方のライトのランプが2つしか点かないというクレームが1件です。
返品交換を受けた分については、ex-workなのでシッピング費用はもちろんこちらが負担しますが、返金をお願いできませんでしょうか?
ニューバージョンは品質の良いものになると良いのですが
日本でも確実にうれる商品です。早く入荷してほしいです

Regarding the original light, the number of the rest is 9 pieces.

We have received two pieces returned and replaced with new ones.
Two customers complained that the light was broken due to the rain. One customer complained that only two lamps in one side turned on.
As for the items which are returned and replaced with new ones, needless to say, I will cover the shipping fee because it is ex-work, but can you please issue a refund for them?
