遅延についてはお詫び申し上げます。お客様満足のため最善を尽くしたいのですが、返送された商品を見てみないと、何が原因で発送出来ないのか当方も分かりません。私はこれまで数百件の取引を行ってきましたがこの様な事は初めてです。
梱包は厳重に行い、それ故国際郵便局まで問題なく届いたのだと思われます。国際局から当方へは通常2日程度で届くので、その後原因が分かる筈です。可能性として考えられるのは、1月から新たに施行された条約です。特定の木材は国が定める証明書がない限り
輸出不可となりました。

I am sorry for the delay. I do my best for customer satisfaction but I cannot find out the reason why not being shipped unless I see the returned item. I have done hundreds deals but this is first time.
I do wrapping thoroughly therefore there was no problem with the item to be sent to international post office. Usually it takes 2 days from international post office to you so you can find it out after that. Possibly new law activated from January may be the cause. Specific wood cannot be exported without certification approved by government.

I am truly sorry for the delay. We would like to try the best for your satisfaction, but we are not sure what causing the delay of the product until we check the returned one.
We've been doing a business for several hundred times but this is the first case.
We carefully packed the product therefore it has arrived to the international bureau without any problems. It would take around 2 days to get the product from there to here, Then we can find the cause. The possibility is the new agreement has been applied this January. We cannot export the specific wood without certification from the government.

We packed very carefully, so we think it's arrived to the international post office. Usually, it takes two days from the international office to us, so the cause will become clear after that.
The cause might be the newly enforced treaty from January. Without a certificate from the government, exporting a specific wood is impossible.

This product is made of partially wood and in case if it's returned due to the treaty, it is impossible to send the product from Japan. Even if you purchase it from another store, the result will be the same. Since the regulation has been tightened without any notice, Japanese ministries and transport operators are all confused at the moment, including field site operation.
If it's any other cause, we can ship it again with some correction. (However, it's limited to airmail.)
In any case we would like to leave it to your judgement, including timing, whether to cancel (full refund).

If you purchase it from another store, result shall be same.
This reinforcement of regulation was suddenly determined, so
ministry and delivery company are currently very confusing about it including to administration for the site operations.
If it is due to another reasons, it is possible for me to cerrect something and send again.
(But if only for air freight.)
Anyway I will follow customer's judgement about this transaction whether cancel (refund all) or not, including to the timing.

Wood is partly used for this product so if the new rule is the reason to be returned I cannot send same product from Japan. It will be same if you buy from other stores. This rule has been announced all the sudden so Japanese ministry and transporters are really confusing now.
If there are other reasons, I may be able to send it again after some amends( only by air courier).
Anyway it is depends on you to cancel the deal(full refund) or not.
