倉庫の品質管理はどうなっているんですか?
ドイツにFBA倉庫から製品を送っていただきましたが添付のような画像が来ました。
お客様が仰られるには、上下セットのズボンだけしか入ってなく、さらに袋に入ってなく製品に直接シールが貼ってあったそうです。
恐らく前日くらいにフランスから返品があったようですが、その際に上着だけ抜き取られて、不完全な状態で返品されたのではないかと考えています。
全額返金されているようなので、それは諦めますがせめて不良品として処理して欲しかったです。

You sent your product from FBA warehouse to Germany, but I received a the picture attached.
According to the customer, only the trousers out of the set of the jacket and the trousers are included, the trousers were not in the bag and the seal was put directly on the trousers.
I just guess that the item had been sent back from France on the previous day after the jacket was taken off from the set, and the incomplete item was delivered to Germany.
As it seems that a full refund has been made, I will give up complaining that, but I wish you would have treated the item as a defective item.
