先日の学会では忙しい中、当社ブースを訪れて頂きありがとうございました。問い合わせのありました、製品は本日、先生のクリニック宛に送付しました。しかし、残念なことに、当社製品はタイでの輸入許可を得ていないため、タイへ公式な輸出ができません。現在、当社では公式にタイへ製品を輸出できるように活動を行っていますので、正式な輸出ができるようなった際には、改めてご連絡します。いずれにしましても、先生をはじめ、タイの先生方と良好な関係を構築していきたいので、今後も、よろしくお願いいたします。

Thank you for visiting our booth during the academic conference the other day.I have sent the item you requested to your clinic.However, we can not officially export the item to Thailand as unfortunately we do not have import permitt for Thailand.Now we are applying for the import license and we will contact you back once we are qualified.Please accept our warm regards to you and all other doctors in Thailand as we are hoping to establish good relationship.
