そして１つ悪い知らせがあるのですが、オーダー頂いたハードケースですが、仕入れたはいいのですが、詐欺に合い写真とは違う通常のケースが届いてしまいました。
別のものを探してはいるのですが、なかなか見つかっていない状況です。
ケースが見つかるまで少し待ってもらえますか？
それともケース代を返金して通常発送致しますか？

We have one bad news to tell you. We got swindled for the hard case you had ordered and have received a ordinary case different from the one in the photo.
We are still looking for the hard case and it is taking time.
Would you be able to allow us a bit more time?
Or would you prefer receiving a refund for the case from us and receiving the other items by an ordinary shipment?
