毎回手続きの流れが異なっているため弊社も困っています
私達の商品ピックアップの流れとしては
1Fedexサイトからシッピングラベル作成
2 Fedexに集荷の依頼
3御社にシッピングラベルをメールで送信
この流れで今後は大丈夫でしょうか?
Fedex集荷依頼の際、シッピングラベルを登録する項目がないためドライバーにラベルを渡すことができません

We are also embarrassed because we need to follow different process flow every time.
Our steps for picking up items are as follow,
1. Generate shipping labels from FedEx site.
2. Ask FedEx to pick up the items.
3. Send shipping labels to you by e-mail.
Are these steps acceptable for you from now onwards?
In asking FedEx to pick up the items, we cannot hand out the labels to the driver because there is no entry to register the shipping labels in the document.
