私は同じことが起こらないと保障することは出来ません。なぜなら、これは郵便側の事情であり、私がきちんと発送しても起こりうるからです。
前回も郵便局の追跡履歴が示すように、私は確実に発送し、あなたの国まで荷物が到着していました。
私の元へ返却されてきた理由は「受取人が保管期限内に受け取らなかったから」となっています。
商品を発送した後は私のコントロール外なのです。同じことが再び起こらないことを保障出来るのかと言われても困りますので、私はこの取引を中止させて頂きたいと思います。

I cannot guarantee that same thing will never happen. That's because it's up to postal service and it can happen even if I make shipment properly.

I cannot guarantee that it would not happen again because it is by post office's matter and it would happen even I send it perfectly.
As previous post office's track record shows, I did send it and the box had arrived your country.
The reason the box was sent back to me is 'receiver didn't come to pick up in storage limitation'.
It is out of my control after sending the goods. I cannot do anything as I cannot guarantee same thing will not happen again, so I would like to cancel this deal.
