発送は12/6に行いました。追跡番号を調査したところ、12/11に最寄りの配達拠点に到着したようですが、保管期限がすぎ12/26に返送になっています。不在票は届いてませんでしたか?
今返送中ですが、まだ荷物はフランスにあります。今、ems取扱店(郵便局)に、「返送の中止」を頼んだが、「フランスへ到着した荷物はフランスに任せる決まりの為、日本からはその指示ができない」とのことです。フランス国内で配達しているのはクロノポストです。クロノポストに問い合わせいただけませんか。

We shipped your items on Dec 6. We checked its tracking number, and your items seemed to be arrived delivery center closest to your home on Dec 11, but its storage limitation has expired and your items was sent back. Didn't you receive the delivery absence notice?
Now your items are being sent back, but it is still in France. We asked EMS post office to stop returning it, but we are told that the post office in Japan can't direct anything, as the item was in charge of the post office in France because it was in France. Chronopost in France will deliver your items. Could you ask Chronopost about it?

Shipment was made on December 6th. As I checked tracking number, looks like it reached to the nearest delivery base on December 11th, but it passed storage period and was returned on December 26th. Haven't you received notice of absence? It's on the way back, but the parcel is still in France. I just asked "cancellation of return" to EMS handler (post office), but the rule is that "parcel arrived at France will be managed by France and no instruction can be made from Japan." Chronopost is in charge of delivery in France. Please kindly check with Chronopost.
