しかし最近FBA納品において納入数のズレが多く気になっています。アマゾンFBAでは膨大な数の商品を扱っているので
ある程度ミスが発生するのは問題ありません。しかしシップメントID FBA37BNYD0やFBA38DPCDSぐらい商品数のズレが
発生し、返済が行われなかったとしたら、これまでの利益の大半を失ってしまいます。どうかよろしくお願いします。

Thank you for your reply. Ans I always appreciate your prompt investigation and refund for the missing items.
But recently, it seems that there are mistaken number of delivery on FBA. Amazon FBA has significant items so small mistakes are no problems. But if occured like shipment ID,FBA37BNYD0 or FBA38DPCD, and not be refunded, we will be losing a lot of profits that we made.

However, recent concern is the mismatch of the number of the FBA delivery. As Amazon FBA is taking care of huge number of merchandise,
it is not unusual to see some certain of mismatch. But if we constantly suffer from the mismatches such as shipment ID: FBA37BNYD0 or FBA38DPCDS and corresponding reimbursement is not properly done, then we would lost the most of the revenue we have so far.
So, please make sure to minimize the number of delivery mismatches. I appreciate your continuous help.
