1.プチプチやクッションで丁寧に梱包を行います。
2.保証付きの安全な配送方法でバイヤーにお届けします。
3.商品を発送する前に商品の確認を丁寧に行います。
4.以上を行っても万が一商品が動作しなかった場合、早急に新しい商品を用意します。

A buyer received a defective item. That caused the account to be suspended. I have made the following improvements in order to reliably deliver products that work properly to my buyers.
1. Using air bubble wrapping sheets or cushions to pack goods carefully
2. Using a safe shipping method under warranty to deliver goods to customers
3. Making a thorough inspection prior to shipment of goods
4. If a product does not work properly even after what is mentioned above is done, a new replacement product should be prepared immediately.

The fact that the buyer had received the defect goods from us was the reason for being suspended our account. So, we took following measures for the improvements.
1. We will pack the goods thoroughly using bubble cushion
2. We will use delivery method that guarantee the safety of the goods
3. We will double check the goods condition before shipping them
4. If the above still fails to deliver the goods in good condition, we will replace it to a new one as soon as possible.
