バイヤーが欠陥品を受け取ってしまった事がアカウント停止の原因ですので、私達は正常に動作する商品を確実にバイヤーにお届けする為、以下の改善を行いました。
1.プチプチやクッションで丁寧に梱包を行います。
2.保証付きの安全な配送方法でバイヤーにお届けします。
3.商品を発送する前に商品の確認を丁寧に行います。
4.以上を行っても万が一商品が動作しなかった場合、早急に新しい商品を用意します。
A buyer received a defective item. That caused the account to be suspended. I have made the following improvements in order to reliably deliver products that work properly to my buyers.
1. Using air bubble wrapping sheets or cushions to pack goods carefully
2. Using a safe shipping method under warranty to deliver goods to customers
3. Making a thorough inspection prior to shipment of goods
4. If a product does not work properly even after what is mentioned above is done, a new replacement product should be prepared immediately.
これらの改善を行う為だけに、さらに従業員を増やしました。
また、これらの改善を行う事でお客様に必ず納得してもらえると確信しています。
Because of these improvements, I have added additional workers.
And I am pretty sure that our customers will be satisfied with these improvements.
