でご確認いただけるように、9/28に配達したようですが、配達時にあなたが
ご不在だったようで、しばらく最寄りの郵便局保管となり、本日こちらに返送されてきました。
この商品ですが、キャンセルご希望でしょうか？それとも再送しますか？

You had won the lens in the bidding at eBay a few days ago.
As you can check by the following tracking number, it was delivered on September 28th,
but you were not at home when it was delivered.
The item had been stored in the nearest post office for a while, but it was returned to me today.
Would you like to cancel it? Or would you like me to send it to you again?

The lense which you made a sucessful bid on ebay the other day, and deliverd to you on 28 Sept, kept for awhile at post office as you can see the tracking site below, is returned today because of your abusence.
Do you want to cancel this lense? Or deliver again?

The lens you made a bid on EBAY, as the following tracking site shows, it delivered once on 28th Sep when you were not there then it returned to here today after being stored in the nearest post office for a while.
