・内部統制を踏まえた業務プロセスや、ERPシステムを使った業務設計について、新興国ではまだビジネス現場に浸透している状況ではない。一方で、会社として投資した資金の適正な運用を確保するため、確りと投資先のガバナンスを効かせていくためには、こうした業務設計やITの活用を推進していくことが必要。

・アジアパシフィック地域の現地法人・事務所、ならびに関係会社は小規模な組織が多いにも係わらず、それぞれがPCの選定や基盤導入等、同じことをばらばらにやっている状況。

・Business process based on the internal control and business design using ERP system have not been penetrated into business workplaces in emerging countries. On the other hand, in order to ensure the appropriate performance of the fund invested by the company and to establish effective governance of the investee, it is necessary to promote such business design and usage of IT.

・Currently, each local corporation, office and associate in Asia Pacific region selects its PCs, introduces platform and others even if many of them are of small size. They do the same things discretely.
