すべてのレンズは出荷時に動作確認しております。質問ですが、動作しないのはAFでしょうか？
他の部分が機械的に動かないということでしょうか？
もしAFが動かないということでしたら、レンズのＡＦスイッチがMFに切り替わっていませんでしょうか？

If AF is not working, is the switch of lens turned to MF?

We have operation check all of lens at the time of shipment. I'd like to ask you questions. Which AF or other piece do not work ?
If AF doesn't work, maybe lens of the AF switch is switched to MF. Please check lens switch.
