The item was send by EMS of Japan Post.
When an accident occurs during its transportation, all items are insured by the amount that is listed in the invoice at maximum.
If the items are lost due to mistake in its delivery of the post office, it will be refunded in full. Please do not worry.
However, as we have to request inspection, it might take time (about 1 month).
If we receive a feedback from the post office today, we will let you know. If we do not receive it, we will request the inspection to the Japan Post.

Thank you for your message.
We use EMS by Japanese Post Service for shipment. In case of an accident in transit, the insurance covers the full amount of all respective items listed on the invoice.
In case of item lost during delivery by post office's mistake, full amount will be covered, so no worries.
Although, search request has to be claimed on our end and it might take some time. (could be around a month)
If you get any feedback from post office today, let us know.
Otherwise, we will officially request Japan Post Service for missing item search.
