一過性の時代認識や教育、そして政治外交の喧騒に惑わされず、心落ち着けて眺めれば、脚下照顧のごとく日々の日常の中にとけ込んで存在している事実を垣間見る事が出来る。ネット時代の今日、情報の裏取りは勿論だがその全体像は誰にでも認識する事が出来る。要は先人や周囲に感謝して己に関心を寄せる事だ。私は毎年、話し合える知人達とその事のついての物語を語り合う。ザビエルのルーツに対する情熱に少しでも触れたいがためだ。そこで彼の故郷であるバスク地方の白ワインであるチャコリを探し求める。

If you disassociate yourself from the transient perception of the times and education, and hustle and bustle of the politics and diplomacy, you can have a glimpse of the truth immersed in your daily life as you look carefully where your own footsteps fall.
