前回購入した商品が到着したので、中身を確認しました。
すると２つの問題が見つかりました。

２．モーターの動作音が大きく故障の可能性があります。

2. The sound of the motor is loud which indicates possibility that it is faulty.
Could I return the item because there are two problems this time?
