郵便局の対応で紛失しているのでしたら
返金よりも、再度の発送をお勧めします。
アイテムはイーベイでは、発売禁止になりました。
郵便調査、回答書が来るまで私達は、何も出来ません。
今回の取引が、日本からは発送していて、オーストラリアで追跡できなるとは、考えてもいない。

Hello.
I submitted a request of investigation to the post office for the item doesn't arrive.
I recommend you resend new one if it was caused by the post office.
The item has been forbidden to sell on ebay.
we can do nothing till the post office investigation and the answer.
I don't think I can chase it in Australia because it was snet from Japan.

When we get the answer, we wipltell the paypal.
If the item arrives,please report Ebay.
