郵便局の対応で紛失しているのでしたら
返金よりも、再度の発送をお勧めします。
アイテムはイーベイでは、発売禁止になりました。
郵便調査、回答書が来るまで私達は、何も出来ません。
今回の取引が、日本からは発送していて、オーストラリアで追跡できなるとは、考えてもいない。

Today we submitted request of postal investigation at Japan post regarding undelivered item.
If post office says it's lost, we recommend resending it rather than refund.
The item has been prohibited to sell on eBay.
We cannot do anything until we get reply of postal investigation.
We don't think this transaction is recorded as dispatched from Japan but cannot be tracked in Australia.
