第5章 社員の加入及び退社
(加入) 第14条 新たに社員を入社させるときは、総社員の同意によってその効力を生ずるものとする。
(退社) 第15条 各社員は、事業年度の終了の時において退社をすることができる。この場合においては、各社員は、6ヶ月前までに会社に退社の予告をしなければならない。
