（業務及び財産状況の報告） 第11条 業務執行社員は、他の社員の請求があるときは、いつでも会社の業務及び財産の状況を報告しなければならない。
（報酬） 第12条 業務執行社員の報酬は、社員の過半数をもって別途定める。
（代表社員） 第13条 当会社の代表社員は、業務執行社員の互選によって、これを定める。
２ 当会社に置く業務執行社員が１名の場合には、その業務執行社員を代表社員とする。

Article 11. Report of duty and condition of assets
The directors in charge of duties must report duties and condition of assets of the company whenever it is requested by other employees.
Article 12. Remuneration
The remuneration of employees who perform the duties shall be determined by majority of the employees separately.
Article 13. Representative employee
The representative employee of our company shall be determined by selection made among employees who are in charge of duties.
