第４章 業務の執行及び会社の代表
（業務執行） 第９条 当会社の業務は、業務執行社員が執行するものとし、総社員の同意により、社員の中からこれを選任する。
２ 業務執行は業務執行社員の、過半数の一致をもって決定する。
