送ったポストカードがサンリオの物ではないという事ですが
このポストカードは題名通り「いちご新聞」の付録です。
マイメロディの足元に「SANRIO CO.,LTD」となっています。確認して下さい。
どうしても納得しなければ返金しますので連絡下さい。

Hello. Sorry for my late reply, I've been busy with work.
As you say the post card I sent was not SANRIO, but this is a supplement of "Ichigo Shimbun (strawberry newspaper)" as the title says.
"SANRIO CO., LTD" is written near My Melody's foot. Please check it.
If you are not convinced, please let me know and I will make refund.
