私は先日以下の Intellectual Property Rights Infringementの通知を受け取りました
これはフィッシングでは無いですよね?
実はこの製品を我々はメーカーと合意の上で販売をしていたが権利者が他に居たようです
しかし不思議な事にメーカーの担当者は権利者の事を一切関知していないし好きにアメリカで販売しても良いと言っています
将来的なアカウントリスクを避けるため私はこの問題を解決したいと思ってます
この問題を安全に解決する為に何かアドバイスを頂けませんか?

We received the following notification about intellectual property rights infringement.
This is not fishing, is it?
Actually, we were selling this product based on the agreement with the manufacturer, there seem to be another party which holds the right. However, strange thing is the person in charge at the manufacturer does not know anything about the right holder and says we can sell as we like in U.S. In order to avoid future account risk, I'd like to solve this problem.
Will you advise how we can safely resolve this problem?

We actually had an agreement with the manufacturer to sell this product, but it seems like there is another right holder.
However, the person-in-charge at the manufacturer is not concerned about the right holder at all and told me there is no problem selling it in the US.
I wish to resolve this problem now to avoid putting my account at risk in future.
